You can block some of the myspace ads sites by modifying the hosts file located at: C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc
Add the following entries to the file:
127.0.0.1 lads.myspace.com
127.0.0.1 de.mspaceads.com
127.0.0.1 llnwd.net
127.0.0.1 creative.myspace.com
127.0.0.1 delb.myspace.com
127.0.0.1 01.presence.userplane.com
127.0.0.1 delb.myspace.com
127.0.0.1 geo.precisionclick.com
127.0.0.1 cdn2.precisionclick.com
127.0.0.1 creative.myspace.com
